We have a simple process of consulting:
- It good to talk - First meeting to define your goals, ambitions, budgets, timescales and specifications for any up-coming project or system initiative
- Listening to understand - second meeting to understand your business. Here it’s your turn to pitch to us, where we listen about what your business is where you want it to go. We discuss process, management, logistics and how you delivery to your client
- Proposing a solution/answer - Based on our meeting notes we devise a proposal to you which includes the very simple fundamentals of “who, what, when, where, why & how”
- Signing on the dotted line - If both parties are in agreeing terms we sign our contractual agreement if applicable
- Project initiation - For large projects we break the projects into stages or start with the core system as delivered then we hand over a project brief for each of the stages to be signed as agreed
- Stage delivery - Our team delivers the end product for sign-off
- Project completion - All stages are complete and signed-off after system & user testing is complete and agreeing of completion is confirmed from both parties
- decommissioning project - Your project manager delivers a project closure brief along with any documentation, manuals and legal paperwork
- Support - Our support team provide on-going support for the lifecycle of your system
